BENEFITS YEAR-END REMINDERS
  • As of January 1, 2023, all health plan deductibles will start over for the year.
  • If you’re enrolled in the PPO or HIP medical plans in 2023, you’ll automatically receive a new medical ID card. These should be mailed to your home before the end of December.
  • If you’re currently enrolled in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA), remember to submit eligible out-of-pocket healthcare receipts for reimbursement for the 2022 Plan Year by April 30, 2023. After April 30, if your balance is $550 or less, this will automatically carryover to your FSA in 2023.  If your balance is greater than $550, only $550 will be carried over to 2023.  The remainder will be forfeited.  Contact Health Equity for questions at HealthEquity.com or 866-346-5800.
  • If you’re currently enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA – for eligible child or adult daycare expenses – remember to submit eligible receipts for reimbursement for the 2022 Plan Year by March 15, 2023.
